Grill plates

Grill plates are perfect for cooking meats like beef, chicken, and others that require little oil and more direct heat transmission. Thanks to the conductivity of the hot metal, the food placed on the surface and the raised areas or grooves facilitate heat transfer with minimal fat, preventing food from sticking. This is why they are commonly used in the restaurant industry for preparing meats, as meat has a more solid or resistant consistency than fish, which tends to fall apart on these types of plates (which is why we offer smooth plates ideal for this type of food). In our grill or griddle shop, you can also find them suitable for vegetarian cooking, as certain vegetables like eggplant, zucchini, or asparagus (to name a few) tend to cook wonderfully on them. Another benefit of this type of grill plate is its ease of cleaning. After use, grease residue typically settles in the grooves, separate from other bits of meat skin or vegetable scraps that stick to the grill's protrusions. This makes it easier to wash away the grease with soap and heat, and to loosen the solid bits by rubbing them off.
