Returns - Security
You have 14 days from the moment of reception to notify us by writing that the product received is defective or has suffered some sort of damage due to transportation. After this delay we will not accept complaints.
In case you have received less packages than the number indicated on the delivery note (at the moment of reception), you need to indicate the error on the same delivery note of the agency and communicate it to us by telephone or e-mail so we can send you the missing merchandise.
NOTE: The last entry will not be effective in situations not described above. Therefore, in situations other than those described above, we can not bear the expenses incurred for the return.
What you have to do to return a product is as follows:
NOTE: All costs incurred for not having contacted us before returning, not to have expected to receive the approval of the return or by failing to use the documents provided will be Our net debt to you. We can not pay any cost incurred by the customer because of these reasons described here.
