Yes, when you validate your purchase, we send you an order number and a link to your email so that you can know where your product is at all times. If you do not receive this email, it means that your order has not been registered correctly. In addition, if you access the "My Account" section and select the "My Orders" tab, you will be able to consult your orders placed and their status. If you would like more information, you can ask an operator in our chat.

You can view and download them in My Account -> My Invoices. 

Yes, if you go to My account -> My orders, you can access the information of the order you want and place it again by selecting "Reorder". 

Each product has a unique registration number. If you already know the number, because you regularly buy that product, you can go directly to this Fast Order link and enter the registration number and the quantity you want to buy. This will make it easier for you and speed up the purchasing process.

The delivery times are:

- Germany, Italy and Austria: Delivery in approx. 2-4 working days (small orders). Medium-Large orders: 8 working days approx.

- Switzerland: Delivery about 5-7 days.

- Spain and Portugal: Delivery 48-96 hours.

- Canary Islands and Majorca: Delivery 5-7 days.

- Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg: Delivery in approx. 2-4 working days (small orders). Medium-Large orders: 8 working days approx.

- Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia and Ireland: Delivery about 8 days.

- Other countries: Delivery about 8 days.

Yes, our graphics department takes care of the design and printing, so you don't have to look for anyone else. We deliver the finished product to you. If you prefer, you can send us the design yourself using the customizer that we provide.

Yes, all packages are delivered with an EAN-13 label. If you purchase a box, it will be supplied with an ITF-14 label with the packs inside labelled with the EAN-13.
