OPTIMIZE PRINTING AND SATISFY AN INCREASING DEMAND

These are targets that García de Pou has been chasing for the last few years. We have come a long way in respect to these two aspects: This year, 2017, we are reaching a peak, with investments into machinery of the latest generation that will really make a difference. Inspite of being highly sophisticated machines, our factory staff have quickly renamed them:

The “mantelera” (tablecloth maker)

With all eyes on the heyday of foodtruck services and so called fast casual establishments, a technological innovation called «the mantelera» has arrived. This machine executes in the same process the printing and cutting of hamburger and sandwich wrappings. By optimizing these processes, we gain on time and printing quality.

The ecofriendly waxer

We’ve reinforced this part of our production with a new «waxer machine » that produces paper sheets with a vegetable wax lining. This is apparently a simple item but has a wide range of applications: in butcheries, packaging companies, confectioneries, hamburger restaurants, catering workshops, etc.

For all kinds of customisations

Due to the increasing demand of customised printing of every kind: individual tablecloths, glasses, kraft bags, trays, containers for take away meals, etc. It’s a must to have several high performance printers like an offset for individual tablecloths and a central drum flexographic printer amoung our recent incorporations. This gives us a huge qualitative jump in the printing speed of customised products. These latest generation machines give us one of the highest capacities for productivity. Nevertheless, this was a challenge that our demanding market has compelled us to achieve, as our clients are more and more aware of the importance of showing a professional design and branding.

The die-cutter

With this new incorporation, the products that require to be die-cutted will come out of the process clean, helping us gain time for preparation and packaging.

The one for the canguritos

A topic that worries many of our clients is how to guarantee the hygiene of tables already layed for service in terraces, gardens and refreshment stalls. In order to satisfy that need, we’ve acquired a specific machine to present our canguritos, packed individually in a bag with an opening to put silverware in. The napkin and silverware will be protected until the client uses them.

The Japanese

Japanese technical staff have been working in our factory for the last few weeks, installing the kraft bag folder machine. The one we affectionately call «the Japanese». Foreseeing the increasing need of kraft bags to replace plastic bags in shops, we have amplified our productive capacity for all sizes as well as customisable kraft bags.

These investments are a result of our attitude to remaining proactive and listening to the needs and evolving habbits of our clients. We hope to always be able to be your trustworthy provider and to accompany you throughout all elements of your business.
