Napkins speak for your restaurant
Taking the starting point that you have discarded cloth napkins to use in your establishment due to the high cost of washing and ironing and the excellent alternatives of disposable products. It’s important to see what type of disposable napkin is best aligned with the message of your business. Napkins transmit if your business wants to project an image of concern for the environment or if your approach is more focused towards the customer’s experience, if your decisions are closely tied to budget criteria, or if, for example, you want to project an image of esthetic sensibility and taste for innovation in every detail.
At present, disposable napkins are not tied only to business concepts like food trucks, pizzerias, snack bars, casual food restaurants, outside eating, ice-cream parlors, etc. Also, medium-high level restaurants use high-standard disposable napkins.
Napkins are a very visible product that can reinforce your brand if they are customised, they can contribute with a note of colour in your decoration, they can give consistency to your message if they are recycled, and enhance the elegance of the place if they are, for example, in soft colours and look like fabric.
The size must be accurate and adapted for every occasion:
- 20×20, ideal to set under a glass or small plates for snacks or cocktails. This type of napkin must be small but useful as the user is often standing up, has the plate and glass in their hands, or sitting around a very small table. It’s best the napking is of two or more layers so only one napkin is enough and is easy to get rid of.
- 30×30, suitable for fast food or casual food restaurants that serve a big volume of customers at the same time, but offer comfort as a value added proposal.
- 40×40 and 45×45, can positively replace the cloth napkin and can give an excellent service in lunches and dinners.
When choosing the type of napkin, in addition to looking for the best colour that matches your brand graphics, it’s also important to bear in mind the raw material, as this is the essential quality that the client is going to feel and is going to experience by means of a such an important sense as touch.
Choose them carefully. Here is some advice:
Paper – One layer
The Mini servis or Master servis, are the most basic. They are white and customisable. They are what we always find in dispensers that allow the regulation of consumption. These napkins match the criteria of serviceability and hygiene in businesses where there is a constant attendace.
If the decision on what type of napkin to use is linked to budgetary criteria, it is necessary to bear in mind that at mid – long term it becomes cheaper to choose thicker napkins enough for every client to use just once in each service. For example, the Tissue-Two layers.
Tissue – Two layers
Softer, thicker and the right size to be used in quick lunches.
We offer them in bright colors that enhance the decoration of your establishment and help to make the terrace more visible. Also available in soft trendy colours as taupe or pink salmon.
Tissue – Double Point
Two layered napkin that look like one because they are joined by micro-points. This innovative production process allows the product to gain volume and softness. These are the intermediate product, in price and quality, between the Tissue Two Layers and the Airlaid. We make them in bright and soft colors. Consult our table of chromatic combinations if you want to customise them and let yourself be advised a professional designer. Your brand’s reputation is at stake.
Airlaid
The disposable napkin that can be used in medium-high class restaurants thanks to its quality, softness and resistance. It is as nice to touch as velvet. The client really feels the difference. We produce them with decoration, in white, customised and in several colours.
To choose between this type of napkin and cloth is just a matter of preference since it can perfectly compete with cotton napkin in elegance and efficacy.
Spunlace Like-Linen
The most similar to cloth napkin that exists on the market.
An upgraded product above the Airlaid. A viscose and cellulose blend gives birth to a napkin of half paper, half cloth. Softer than cotton, it’s always spongy, as resistant to liquid as is cloth, but disposable. They are biodegradable and compostables therefore they add a value to your message. We make them in several colours, also in fabric texture and customizable.
Ecological line Feel Green
We produce them with 100 % recycled material and with non-toxic vegetable inks. Their price is identical to their equivalents in white napkins of pure virgin cellulose. They have the option Double Point, thicker and softer, and they are all customisable.
Disposable napkins, table mats, individually packed canguritos, are apparently minor details but they are products closely tied to our intimate perception of hygiene. The client will remember an unpleasant or even awkward moment in which he couldn’t clean himself properly during a meal. So the fact of choosing one or another, customise them with your brand or using them as a decorative element, is one more factor to be added to the list of motivations for your clients to come back.
